ExploGestion is a business management platform for farms — every crop — and advisory firms. It covers the whole technical cycle: phytosanitary register, recommendations, field notes, stock and treatments, traceability, and much more.

Two profiles are supported: agricultural advisory firms supporting their client farms, and farmers — vineyards, orchards, arable, market gardening — running their farm directly. Each profile gets a tailored interface and subscription.

The core (phyto recommendation, register, estate, parcels) is included in every plan. Optional modules let you go further: AI (audio transcription + PDF extraction), Diagnostic, Traceability, Vineyard Tour, Prepared Products, Soil Analyses, Regulatory Watch, Offline. On sign-up, your tenant is created on a free plan or trial period with no commitment. No credit card required. You can test the entire core, then switch to a paid plan from the Subscription screen.

From your space, go to Subscription → Change plan. The switch is immediate; billing is prorated by Stripe on your next due date.

From Subscription → Manage billing, you access the Stripe portal where you can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current period, then your tenant becomes read-only. Your data remains accessible for 90 days before final deletion.

From Settings → Members, invite by email. Each user counts in the per_user billing of the plan. You can assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer) and revoke access at any time.

ExploGestion is hosted in France on dedicated infrastructure. All communications are encrypted with TLS 1.3. Daily backups are encrypted with AES-256. No data is shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

You remain the sole owner of your data; a full export (JSON + PDF) is available at any time from Settings → Export.

Yes. If your consulting firm has already created your estate, you can claim it during signup by entering your SIRET. A request is sent to the firm, which can either recognize your identity or contest it. In case of dispute, an independent copy of your estate is created automatically — you are never blocked.

Yes, with the Offline module activated. The app is an installable PWA on smartphone and tablet: you can view your parcels, capture field notes, and prepare recommendations without a connection. Sync happens automatically when the network returns.

From Settings → Import, you can load a CSV export of your estates, parcels, and recommendations. For large volumes or non-standard formats, our team offers free help with the initial migration.

Email support with a response within 1 business day on every plan. Medium and above plans benefit from priority support (response within 4 business hours) and a personalized onboarding session. Multi-user firms can request on-demand training.

A GraphQL API is available for Enterprise accounts. It allows integration with your business IT (ERP, accounting, third-party DSS). Contact us for access terms and technical documentation.
